Scenic Flights & Charters Bookings

We welcome your enquiry to book one of our scenic or charter flights, please fill in the form below to email us if you have any questions.  To book and confirm your preferred tour please use our secure booking form, you can provide your credit card details on this form for payment. Note: We will not charge your credit card until the day of departure.

Scenic Flights & tours require a minimum of 2 passengers and are subject to weather conditions. Upon booking or prior to departure we may ask for passenger weights to help manage flight loads and fuel, we particularly need to be aware of any passengers that are over 100kg.

Terms and Conditions

(1) Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to one week of travel – full refund
  • Within one week and 48 hours of departure – 50% refund
  • Within 48hrs of departure – no refund
  • Obviously cancellation due to weather or serious illness will not incur a cancellation fee.

(2) Adverse weather conditions may mean that scheduled itinerary cannot proceed as intended. If adverse weather means that you are unable to complete the full tour then any refund will be adjusted on a pro rata basis dependant on the flying time involved.
